Trial, renewal, cancellation & refunds

Your free trial
Every new membership starts with a 7-day free trial. You get full access to the daily nest and, on the Family Nest plan, the wider learning archive. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
Renewal
After the 7-day trial, membership renews automatically at the plan price you chose — billed monthly or annually — until you cancel. We always show renewal terms clearly before you sign up. Taxes may apply depending on your location and are shown at checkout.
Cancellation
You can cancel in a couple of clicks from your account at any time, with no long-term contract. Cancelling before the trial ends means you are never charged. Cancelling after a paid period stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Refunds
If you're not happy, cancel during the trial at no cost, or within 7 days of your first paid charge for a refund. See our Refund page for the full policy.
Payment security
Checkout uses SSL encryption. Payment processing connects when subscription setup is enabled; until then, checkout shows a clear setup notice rather than taking payment.
