Free trial
Every new membership starts with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged.
Money-back on first charge
If you're not happy after your trial converts, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first paid charge. Email [email protected] from the address on your account and we'll process it.
Renewals after the first period
Subsequent renewals are generally non-refundable, but cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. If something went wrong with a charge, contact us — we'll always look into it.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method once subscription payment setup is enabled. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider.
