Data we collect

• Account data: email address and authentication details when you register.
• Billing data: subscription plan and status. Card details are handled by our payment processor when subscription setup is enabled; we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage data: basic, privacy-respecting information needed to run the Service (e.g. which page you requested).
• Optional analytics/advertising data: only collected if you consent via the cookie banner.

Why we use it (legal bases)

• To provide the Service — performance of our contract with you.
• To process payments and prevent fraud — contract and legitimate interests.
• To improve the Service via analytics — your consent.
• To meet legal obligations — compliance with applicable law.

Processors

We use service providers only where actually engaged — for example, hosting and, once enabled, a payment processor for subscriptions. We list and update processors as they are added. We do not currently run third-party advertising or analytics scripts unless you consent.

Subject to applicable law (including the EU GDPR where relevant), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Retention

We keep account and billing data for as long as your membership is active and as required for legal, tax, and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it. Consent-based analytics data is kept only for the period stated at the time of consent.

Children

videonest is intended to be operated by a parent or guardian. Accounts are created and managed by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children.

International transfers

Where data is transferred outside your country, we use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.

We will post updates here and, for material changes, notify you before they take effect.
