These Terms govern your use of videonest.app (the "Service"), operated by Pesapuu Media OÜ ("we", "us"), a company registered in Estonia at Kastani tn 149-1, 50410 Tartu, Estonia. By creating an account or subscribing you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

videonest is a web-based subscription that provides a daily, curated selection of family-safe educational videos, each carrying an age label. The selection refreshes daily at 00:00 in your device's local timezone. We do not currently provide a separate mobile app, smart-TV app, or offline downloads.

2. Free trial and membership

New memberships include a 7-day free trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, your membership renews automatically at the plan price you selected and continues to renew (monthly or annually) until you cancel. We display renewal terms before you subscribe.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling before the trial ends avoids any charge. Cancelling during a paid period stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

• One membership is intended for a single household; do not share your login outside your home.
• Do not copy, redistribute, or publicly perform the videos.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

5. Content

Videos are provided by third-party creators and curated by our team. Use of the Service is subject to our Content Policy. We may add, remove, or re-rank content at any time as part of daily curation.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or on-site notice before they take effect.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
