Filing a takedown notice

To report content you believe infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent including:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (e.g. the video title and where it appears).
4. Your contact information (address, telephone, email).
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected] with the equivalent information and statements required by law.

Repeat infringers

We may remove content and terminate access for parties who repeatedly infringe.
